Yay, thanks so much for your encouragement! And definitely have to agree that, while tech has introduced a lot of convenience into our lives, it's created a lot of tricky situations for us too, the decline in reading for pleasure being just one of them! For me, one of the biggest hurdles publishing faces/will soon face is getting younger generations into reading, as these young readers will ultimately dictate how our literary landscape looks like in the future.
